I hit a skunk with my bike once in grad school. I was moving pretty fast, and hit it without warning as it stepped out from behind a dumpster, so I don't think it consciously sprayed me, but the impact must have squeezed out some juice: one of my sneakers and part of one tire were stained and smelly for weeks.
