It wasn't too bad this morning. I lost a teensy bit of weight this week, but it's a loss. I'll take it. Or leave it. Whichever makes more sense.

Thanks for the votes of confidence last night. I was a deep pit of feel-sorries. Today, I am back in the office and watching rain squalls on the pond.
