Comcast still sucks

Despite cancelling our account with Comcast on 9 February AND despite turning in the cable boxes to Comcast on 17 February AND despite Comcast removing their coax from our property on 19 February AND despite my calling Comcast on 23 February when I got a new bill and was told that I should ignore that bill and expect a refund check, we still had a Comcast account which was being billed. Or rather, it was being billed until my call today when I went through the above timeline with the CSR.
Apparently someone "uncancelled" our cancellation the same day I turned in the cable boxes.
We shall see if this cancellation sticks.
