This week has been pretty easy. There were only a couple of times that I felt hungry and those were easily nipped in the bud with some of my limited free foods. Most of the time, though, I've felt satiated. Oh sure, there have been times after meals when I wanted more, more, more because the food tasted sooooo good, but I wasn't actually hungry. I've known that I'm susceptible to overeating because something tastes good. Jenny's portion control means that I don't. Well, I could if what tasted so good was the non-starchy veggies... Don't get me wrong, I like non-starchy veggies, but not as much as potatoes and fettuccine and spaghetti and meatballs. Balance and portion control, grasshoppah.
I have no idea what this week's results are as I have eschewed my home scale. There's a small part in my brain that's telling me I must've gained weight because I ATE SO MUCH FOOD this week. Whatever shows up on the scale tonight will be a complete surprise. I hope I'm not too disappointed if I've lost only a pound or two.
