All those gorgeous orange leaves on the neighbor's cherry tree? Thanks to the breeze they're covering our postage stamp front yard and walk. Methinks a trip to Lowe's is on order this evening.
Is it weird that I can hear the dying leaves bit from"Monty Python and the Holy Grail" "Meaning of Life" in my head while watching the leaves drift down? Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa....

I loves me my new rake. (And yes, I was raking outside in the dark when most people are sleeping). I'm wierd that way. The dog kept me company. Besides, today is yard waste day.
